I am very pleased with David’s help on the sale of our home. David was very upfront and very quick to return my emails/calls. Hilary always was very informative in notifying when a showing was going to take place and to make sure that we were okay with it, and if not she always got it rescheduled for a time that was better for us. The whole process was about making us feel comfortable and satisfied. It took about 8 months to sell our home and we had been told at the beginning that it could go quick or slow depending. The property David Robinson sold for us came with a lot of extra problems and challenges. David knew exactly what to do in working with FHA, The mortgage company and the buyers. He handled all the pressure and stress that came with the selling of this house, which was a great relief to us. He was professional, honest and efficient at all times during the sale. I invested in some homes at the height of the real estate boom. The market dropped, people could not get loans and I was left with 2 homes that had lost a lot of value.
