David was always very professional, but concerned with our needs. I feel that he is my friend. Even though there is a fine line between friend and business, I felt like David was always sympathetic, but he always told me the truth about the situation. He was always very helpful when I had questions and he took the time to answer them to my satisfaction. Sometimes I didn't get the answer I wanted, but the delivery was kind and not cold hearted.
